Orders are shipped every Tuesday. Please send us an email if you need your order shipped sooner and we will do our best to accommodate.
All non-sale orders may be returned for refund or exchange for any reason within 7 days (including weekends) of receiving your order. We offer complimentary return and exchange shipping so please be sure to get in touch so we can provide a return label.
Please indicate why the item is being returned and if you would like an exchange or store credit by sending an email to us at studio@sugarcandymtn.com. Items returned without an email will not be accepted.
We are always happy to provide additional photos, measurements and video of the item you are looking to purchase if you are unsure, please feel free to write us at studio@sugarcandymtn.com.
Sugar Candy Mountain is not responsible for any return shipping or handling fees. Please note that original shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit or exchange.
