Shipping and Returns
Thank you for visiting the Sugar Candy Mountain online store! Please take a moment to carefully read our return policy.
Orders are shipped three times a week. If you are interested in purchasing expedited shipping please send us an email in advance so we can do our best to accommodate. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.
We are always happy to provide additional photos, measurements and videos of the item you are looking to purchase if you are unsure, please feel free to write us at email@example.com
All non-sale orders may be returned for an exchange, store credit or a refund for any reason within 7 days (including weekends) of receiving your order. All sales of discounted items are FINAL SALE (with the exception of our welcome newsletter code). Exceptions can be made for size exchange when possible. If you have any questions about the style, please reach out before placing your order.
If you are unhappy with your non-sale item, we offer complimentary return and exchange shipping so please be sure to email us so we can provide a return label. The original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit or refund. Items must be unwashed and in original, resalable with the hang tags attached. Please indicate why the item is being returned in your request by sending an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items returned without an email will not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges may take up to a few days to process. Once your refund has been issued or the exchange shipped, you'll receive an email notification.
As a sustainable and environmentally conscious company we don't use any single use plastic packaging when storing or shipping our items. This means that sometimes a stain may be found. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us (include an image of the area in question) and we will work with you to exchange the item or issue you a refund.
If for any reason you have not received your package don't panic! Take a look at your tracking information, which can be found on your confirmation email, to see where your order is. Sometimes your order status will say delivered before it has reached you. If it still hasn't been received after a day or so, please email us with your order number and we will be happy to look into the delay for you.
